On December 11, within the framework of events of the Library of Elbassy in the North Kazakhstan region, a training seminar "The way to the future begins with everyone" was held in the branch of National Center for Professional Development "Orleu" in the North Kazakhstan region

During the six-hour session, 80 teachers of social disciplines, deputy directors of schools for educational work, teachers-organizers and methodologists of children's and youth centers of Petropavlovsk and settlements of the North Kazakhstan region listened to lectures by leading researchers of the Library of Elbassy, based on the Messages of the First President of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev 2018 "New opportunities for development in the fourth industrial revolution", "Growing welfare of Kazakh citizens: increase in income and quality of life", his articles "Bolashakka bagdar: Ruhani zhangyru" and "Seven facets of the Great Steppe", the book of Elbassy "Era of independence", as well as the Address of Head of state K. Tokayev 2019 "Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan". Through training and practical classes, participants learned how to develop social projects and mastered the skills of leadership development.

The teachers also watched the documentary "Kazakhstan-Japan: the way to a nuclear-free world", shot within the framework of the eponymous visiting scientific exhibition project of the Elbassy Library. The film is devoted to the contribution and various aspects of the activities of Elbassy in the development of the global movement for a nuclear-free world, the most important initiatives of Kazakhstan, voiced from the highest tribunes. The film also tells about the joint efforts of Kazakhstan and Japan in informing the international community about the devastating consequences of nuclear weapons for the whole world.

- I want to note the high level of organization of the seminar and the level of training and skill of lecturers and coaches. And although we are studying the program articles of the Address of the President, but in the course of this event, we deeply understood their main ideas and objectives. The practical part allowed not only to consolidate the theory but also to get acquainted with our colleagues from the regions. The experience of project development, presentation and protection were interesting. In the future, I want to use the new knowledge and skills in my work, in particular, in the lessons of local history, - spoke about his impressions Vladimir Kholod - the organizer of the children's and teenage club "Zhas Kanat".
