On December 10, at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan in the North Kazakhstan region, head of Service of socio-humanitarian and educational projects, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate Professor Kunslu Isinova and leading researcher of the Library of Elbassy, Doctor of philosophy, Professor Gaziz Telebayev held a scientific-methodical seminar in the format of "Library practicum" to discuss the article of the President "Seven facets of the Great Steppe".
In the course of the visiting seminar, 40 civil servants of Petropavlovsk and the region got acquainted with the experience of the Library of Elbassy on practical application of the program article of N. Nazarbayev "Seven facets of the Great Steppe" and mastered the skills of effective work with state documents to address relevant issues of this region. The discussions allowed the participants to consider several ways of solving problems in professional spheres.
The organizers note that in the framework of practical work at the seminar a lot of interesting ideas and proposals were made.
- This event was certainly useful for civil servants. They not only gained new knowledge but also were able to work off new skills. The projects developed by the participants during the seminar were the result of this work. By organizing such events we have the possibility of an objective vision of the implementation of significant state programs and practices, - Sergey Mogunov, senior lecturer of the North Kazakhstan region branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, shared his opinion.
