The Council of teachers at the Library of Elbassy summed up the results of 2019. The theme of the meeting of the pedagogical Council was "Museum lessons as a factor of influence on the moral and spiritual development of the individual". The event was moderated by Deputy Director of Library of Elbassy, candidate of historical sciences Botagoz Kaipova, who told the participants about the goals and objectives of the implementation of scientific and educational projects of the Library of Elbassy:
"The Library of Elbassy actively cooperates with the Department of Education of Nur-Sultan, with teachers of educational institutions and kindergartens of the capital. The Council gathered like-minded people interested in using the potential of the Library of Elbassy to deepen students' knowledge about their country, about the role of the First President Nursultan Nazarbayev in the formation and development of independent Kazakhstan. In many countries of the world, such institutions are considered as a system of "parallel education", which could be equated with a pedagogical system of education."
In addition to summing up the year, a collection of museum lessons for the 2017–2018 academic year was also presented at the meeting, as well as a work plan for the coming year was announced. The most important results of the Library's educational projects were reported by the leading researcher of the Service for social, humanitarian and educational projects Asiya Ospanova:
"The development of the child's personality will be harmonious only if all this is permeated with spiritual and moral education. In this regard, the project "The role of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy N. Nazarbayev in the formation and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is one of the priorities in the implementation of the scientific and educational program of the Museum of the Library of Elbassy. The course of lectures provides for age-related psychological and pedagogical features of students and is aimed at all categories of participants in the educational program. Requests for educational events are received not only from educational institutions but also from civil servants, teachers of schools and universities, teachers of additional education."
In turn, member of the Council of teachers, head of the Department of the Institute of state history Zhabay Kaliyev noted the importance of the city competition of pedagogical skills for the best Museum lesson "Tugan Zher - tugan Tarikh»:
"The competition allows to support talented teachers, to identify advanced technologies in the area of museum pedagogy, to exchange innovative experience in museum-pedagogical approaches and technologies, to popularize public and state activities of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, revealing his historical role in the formation and development of sovereign Kazakhstan. About one hundred applications were submitted for participation in the competition, ten teachers were awarded diplomas and prizes for the best lessons".
ТTatiana Makanova, a history teacher of school No. 46 told the participants about the implementation of the project "Big regatta":
"The regatta is a long-term partnership project organized for students of educational institutions of Nur-Sultan with a visit to museums - "unexplored Islands" - on a special program. According to the terms of the game-trip, the Library of Elbassy is an "Archipelago", combining "Islands" - museum objects, which independently developed on the basis of the materials of their expositions thematic game "routes", prepared competitive tasks for crews. The aim of the game is to create a unique opportunity to visit the school museums of the capital, to learn more about the native land, the life and activities of famous people who have made a significant contribution to the history of the development of Kazakhstan's society."
Head of kindergarten No. 35 "Skazka" Lyazzat Rakhmenova focused the attention of members of the pedagogical Council on the features and results of the implementation of the scientific and educational project of the Library of Elbassy "Museum and children" in preschool institutions of the capital:
"The lessons are taught in an unusual form, the employees of the Library of Elbassy demonstrate the active use of innovative approaches, deep knowledge of history, amazing artistry and oratory. Working with pre-school children is always very interesting but also very difficult. You need to be a true master of your craft to organize such a complex event in terms of topics, information, and structure."
The participants of the meeting of the Council of teachers noted that the Library of Elbassy is one of the recognized educational, research and cultural centers of the country. The Library forms its social biography in society, a special information status in relations with its audience and has become an integral part of the unified educational process of the capital.
